After more than 36,000 dogs were slaughtered for fear of the rabies epidemic in China, a positive change may emerge. Now even the Chinese civilians are beginning to protest to such barbaric cruelty. The Chinese government and officials begin to debate and try to put in new laws to protect animals – a first, believe it or not, as China remains one of very few industrialized nations without such laws. Unfortunately, they may not reach this goal until 2010, which means many more animals, including cats, will continue to be killed for unnecessary fear and reasons. All Animals Matter 
that is the crulest thing ever i dont know any one who would ever do that i dont like people doing so just stop doing it all together
It is a terrible thing to do to these poor helpless creatures, how many times do you here in the news or anywhere that a dog has killed a human. YES! Exactly, I can see you racking your brains to find at time. But I (in my whole life) have never heard anything like his, yes, maybe I’ve heard that a dog has maybe bitten or hurt a human, but never killed!!!!
So… my point is:
WHY SHOULD WE KILL THEM???
I can’t believe this. Who could be so heartless and cold as to do this to poor helpless and defenceless animals! these people obviously have no brains what so ever! (not meaning to offend any chinese people) but this is beyond animal cruelty. This is more like the consentration camps!
One day these people will get a diease for eating cats and dogs and many people wi
ll die from it. Please stop eatimg are pets
